Whether you’re feeling anxious, tired, disconnected, or simply curious about therapy, I offer a space that is both nurturing and personalized. Whether you are a child facing problems at school, a teen struggling with their identity, or an adult recovering from a break-up, I offer a space to safely talk about these feelings in a non-judgmental and inclusive space.
If you’re wondering where to start or unsure if therapy is right for you or your family, I invite you to book a free, no‑pressure phone consultation. It’s a gentle way to ask questions and get a sense of what counselling could feel like—without any commitment.

Does this Feel like you (or your child)?
For Kids (Ages 5–12):
-
Big feelings seem to come out of nowhere—and it's hard for them to express what’s going on
-
Your child gets overwhelmed, frustrated, or anxious more easily than usual
-
They’re struggling with friendships, routines, or confidence
-
You're noticing more tantrums, meltdowns, or withdrawal—and you're not sure why
-
There’s been a big change (like a move, divorce, or loss), and your child is having a hard time coping
For Teens (Ages 13–17):
-
You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or like you're carrying too much
-
You're trying to figure out who you are, but it feels confusing or lonely
-
School, friendships, or family relationships feel strained or exhausting
-
You feel pressure to be "okay," even when you're not
-
You're navigating questions around identity, sexual orientation, self-worth, or belonging
-
You want a space to talk things through—without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out
For Adults:
-
You’re constantly juggling responsibilities and feel like you’re running on empty
-
It’s hard to make space for your own emotions—and when you do, they feel messy or too much
-
You're stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore, but you don’t know how to shift them
-
Relationships are feeling strained or disconnected
-
You’re in a life transition and not sure how to move forward—or even where to begin
For Families:
-
Communication feels tense, distant, or filled with misunderstandings
-
You're parenting through stress, conflict, or change, and it's wearing everyone down
-
You want a closer, more connected family dynamic—but something keeps getting in the way
-
You wish you had a space to work through things together, without judgment
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
Whether you're reaching out for your child, your teen, yourself, or your family, support is available. Therapy can be a safe, supportive space to make sense of what's going on—and to feel a little more grounded, connected, and understood.
